International style icon and celebrity Paris Hilton flew to the Philippines in March to lead the grand opening of her first real estate project and design collaboration with innovative property developer Century Properties Group—the Paris Beach Club in Azure Urban Resort Residences in Parañaque City.
She visited some of Manila’s top tourist spots (and even had her first taste of ‘dirty’ ice cream!) and dropped by the new Century City Mall in Kalayaan Avenue prior to the highly-anticipated inauguration.
Century Properties Co-Chief Operations Officer John Victor “Jigger” R. Antonio said: “Azure is an urban paradise where residents can enjoy the beach and resort amenities without having to leave the city. Having the Paris Beach Club with its amazing features and design specified by Paris furthers that experience”.
Exclusive to Azure residents and their guests, the Paris Beach Club offers spaces for intimate gatherings, dining, fitness, play and relaxation. It has a lobby lounge furnished with stylish lounge chairs looking out to a magnificent view of the pools and man-made beach; an inviting ice cream and candy bar is done in deliciously pink hues; a fitness center with a reception area encased in a disco ball structure; exclusive spas for men and women; a movie theater, residents’ lounge; game room; children’s play room; and outdoor cafés.
Paris arrived in a stylish black and white dress at the press conference held prior to the inauguration and changed into a chic little black dress for the ribbon-cutting held afterwards. An amazing beach party then ensued, with house music wafting throughout the entire venue. Party guests that included current and future Azure residents as well as Manila’s elite set were treated to sumptuous food and free-flowing drinks as they enjoyed music from top DJs.
Those were not the only treats they got; Paris surprised everyone when she stepped into the DJ booth to spin!
“You are all so lucky to be living here,” Paris addressed them in an exclusive gathering the night before, adding: “If I live in Manila I would definitely live in Azure.”
